As a Wellness Coach, you’ll do more than help clients with their day to day. You’ll partner with them to build real-life skills: time management, emotional regulation, motivation, and follow-through.

Using our proven coaching framework and private online platform, you’ll guide clients through the challenges of daily life - and help them thrive and discover what they’re truly capable of.

Wellness Coaches support clients in building executive function, emotional regulation, and self-management skills. Using our structured coaching framework and private platform, coaches help clients set goals, stay accountable, and navigate challenges with confidence.

What kind of clients will I be working with?

Our clients are diverse, sometimes complicated, and often navigating challenges like recent discharge from treatment, ADHD, anxiety, burnout, and self-doubt. You’ll work with high schoolers, college students, and adults - always with a strengths-based, individualized approach.


Our clients may be complicated and experiencing significant struggles at times, but they bring so many gifts to share with you. We work with high level athletes, extraordinarily gifted writers, deep thinkers, and talented performers and actors. Our client demographic is never lacking in diversity and talent.

Do I need a teaching or counseling license or be a certified coach to apply?

Nope! While experience in education, mental health, or coaching is helpful, we’re more interested in your ability to connect with clients, think creatively, and support neurodivergent learners. We provide training and tools to help you succeed.

Is this a remote position?

Yes! All of our coaching is done virtually through our secure online platform. You’ll have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a collaborative, mission-driven team. We are committed to staying 100% remote in order to help all clients, everywhere.

Our Wellness Coaches set their own schedules and choose their coaching hours, allowing for flexibility and autonomy. We encourage asynchronous communication whenever possible.


That said, we also value responsiveness and reliability, especially when it comes to supporting students, parents, and fellow team members. Coaches are expected to check messages regularly and be available during their scheduled coaching hours. In order to coach effectively, be a part of the team, and build a caseload it is important to have consistent hours you can commit to. Clear communication and follow through are key to building trust and maintaining a strong coaching relationship.

We currently hire coaches in Pennsylvania, Indiana, Texas, Utah, Nevada, and Idaho. These are the states where we’re officially registered to do business for employment taxes.

That said, we support clients from any state. Our coaching is fully virtual, and we’re proud to work with people across the country (and globe) - no matter where they live.

Are Coaches full-time or part-time?

Coaches at Raz Thrive Beyond Therapy typically start in a part-time role. This allows new team members to learn our systems, build their caseload gradually, and support clients without feeling overwhelmed.


From there, coaches can choose to remain part-time or grow into a full-time caseload - depending on their goals, availability, and fit.

It’s important to note: our part-time roles are not gig work. Coaching here is a professional position with a meaningful commitment to clients, structure, and growth. We value consistency, collaboration, and the long-term relationships our coaches build with the families we serve.

Since all of our coaching is done virtually, Wellness Coaches need a reliable setup that supports clear, consistent communication with clients. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 📱 A smartphone for secure communication and scheduling

Earning potential at Raz Thrive Beyond Therapy is flexible and based on your availability, caseload, and client retention. Coaches typically start part-time to build their caseload at a sustainable pace, and from there, they can grow into a full-time schedule if desired.
