Leading the coaching strategy, training, and nearly 20 years of hands‑on neurodivergent support
Michelle is the founder of Raz Coaching Services, Coaching Academics, and Thrive Beyond Therapy organizations dedicated to helping neurodivergent individuals build the executive functioning skills needed to thrive in school, work, and daily life. With nearly two decades of coaching experience, she is a recognized thought leader in ADHD, executive function, and neurodivergent learning, collaborating with national initiatives including The Neurodiversity Foundation and the Stanford Neurodiversity Project.
Michelle began this work after seeing a consistent gap: many bright, capable individuals leave therapy or treatment with valuable insights but struggle to apply them in real life. Determined to bridge that gap, she developed structured coaching methods that help clients build routines, manage academic and work demands, regulate emotions, and strengthen independence one step at a time.
Over the past decade, Michelle and her team have supported thousands of students, young adults, and families navigating ADHD, executive function challenges, and other neurodivergent profiles. Her programs focus on the practical skills often missing from traditional academic or therapeutic settings: organization, time management, follow‑through, emotional regulation, and sustainable daily routines. Her team works collaboratively with families, therapists, educators, and treatment programs to provide the real‑life support clients need to apply new skills consistently.
Michelle’s work extends beyond individual coaching to partnerships with clinicians, schools, and national neurodiversity initiatives. She has been recognized by Forbes Coaching Council, contributes thought leadership across multiple platforms, and continues to innovate through technology‑enabled coaching tools that expand access to executive function support nationwide. She is also part of a large neurodivergent family, a perspective that deeply informs her compassionate, practical, and strengths‑based approach.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys time with her children and staying active outdoors through mountain climbing and skiing.

Guiding the trauma‑informed, neurodivergent‑affirming foundations of Thrive Beyond Therapy's coaching model
Liz brings more than 25 years of experience in psychiatric, mental health, and substance‑use treatment to her role as Chief Clinical Officer. Before shifting into coaching, she worked across nearly every level of care: inpatient psychiatric units, intensive outpatient programs, emergency‑room crisis response, diagnostic intake, family court support, and outpatient counseling. She is a Trauma‑Responsive Certified Clinician (TRCC) and a certified art therapy coach, with deep expertise in trauma, executive function challenges, and neurodivergent life navigation.
After decades in clinical treatment settings, Liz transitioned into coaching because she saw the profound impact of real‑time, present‑focused support. She believes that many people don’t need more pathology, they need someone who understands their brain, meets them where they are even when it's messy, and helps them move through daily life with clarity and compassion.
Liz is AuDHD, twice‑exceptional, and has lived experience with complex PTSD and anxiety. As a neurodivergent parent of three neurodivergent adult children and someone who grew up in a multigenerational neurodivergent family, she understands both the challenges and the extraordinary strengths that come with ND wiring. Her personal journey, combined with her professional background, shapes her commitment to creating a coaching model that is trauma‑informed, shame‑free, and deeply affirming.
At Thrive Beyond Therapy, Liz guides the trauma‑informed and neurodivergent‑affirming direction of the coaching framework, ensuring ethical and scope‑aligned care, and supports the team in delivering personalized, real‑life strategies that help clients thrive in the moments that matter most.
Outside of work, Liz enjoys collecting antiques, reading, and creating miniature artworks.
