Who is a Great Fit for this Program?
- Designed for clients who’ve already built foundational skills and want continued support to stay on track, deepen growth, and maintain momentum. It’s not intended for those just beginning their journey or recently transitioning from inpatient or intensive outpatient care.
- This program supports clients who want to continue building self-trust, utilize learned skills and therapeutic tools effectively in their daily lives, and follow through on their goals: whether in academics, relationships, daily routines, or career.
- If you’ve done the foundational work and want continued support with follow-through, emotional regulation, and staying aligned with your goals. We focus on maintaining momentum and building confidence in everyday life.
- Individuals engaged in therapeutic treatment or those not formally diagnosed who are seeking to enhance their continued recovery through structured, skills-based support.
- Best for clients that do not currently have academics or have a strong grasp on their academic load. This program is best for high school graduates to adults.
What Is Included in Sessions?
- Our 1:1 coaching focuses on creating a clear weekly plan that includes goals, daily steps, and strategies for navigating stress or setbacks. We work proactively to identify barriers, strengthen emotional regulation, and build routines that support real life follow-through.
- Often, the pressures of daily life can trigger old thought patterns or self-defeating habits. Your coach is your trusted partner in real time helping you identify priorities, set goals, and create actionable plans to stay on track. Emphasis is placed on sustaining therapeutic gains, navigating emerging stressors, and maintaining learned strategies in real world contexts.
- Weekly action plan based on current and upcoming tasks, expectations, and appointments. It also includes both long and short term goals for daily life, academics, career, relationships, and emotional regulation.
- Collaborative goal-setting, prioritization, and consistent decision making to continue building and strengthen executive functioning, consistently applying coping strategies, and real time application of therapeutic tools.
- Real-time navigation of triggers and barriers with your coach using personalized coping strategies and executive functioning tools instead relapsing with self-defeating thoughts and choices.
- Individualized skill development tailored to the client’s treatment plan, learning profile, and recovery needs. Maintenance is designed as a step down once foundational skills are habituated.
- Identify and secure available resources and how to best utilize to reach goals.
- Creation and updates to an individualized, daily planner system.
- Emotional regulation including focus on anxiety, depression, overwhelm, frustration, and lack of confidence. We help fit your therapeutic tools into your everyday life.
- Self Advocacy skills, building and maintaining healthy boundaries, and confident decision making strategies.
- Coordination with treatment team to support continuity of care and align coaching with therapeutic objectives.
What is Real Time Support?
- Coaching does not end when a session ends!
- Learning and using coping skills are most effective when new skills are relevant to the situation. Our programs are designed to be comprehensive to maximize consistent choices and habits to truly be 1:1 support.
- We offer unlimited, private messaging in our portal. Clients can reach out to their coach when they need support, not wait until next time they meet, potentially leading to feeling overwhelmed or alone. This connection and support is critical during moments of stress, decision making, transition, and celebration.
- Coaches are available to answer questions, adjust action plans, and offer support when life doesn’t go as planned. This means help recognizing and responding to triggers and emotional stressors when they arise, so small challenges can become big wins instead of crises.
- Coaches will also check in throughout the week for accountability, motivation, and to identify potential road blocks before a client gets stuck. Ongoing accountability and motivational support reinforces behavioral goals, builds resilience, and sustains progress between sessions.
Can I Use HSA/FSA Benefits to Pay for Coaching?
- Yes, our services are eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement when recommended by a licensed healthcare provider as part of a treatment plan. Check with your benefits provider to see if this is a requirement.
What Goals Does This Program Address?
- We include everything in a client's life into coaching and action plans that they identify as goals. The program is designed to use both short and long term goals to build lasting habits and skills such as time management, organization, emotional regulation, and decreased procrastination.
- We guide clients through their tasks and goals, from daily routines such as checking and responding to emails, healthy eating and sleeping habits, positive scheduling, to the more complex, like emotional regulation, academics, interpersonal relationships and communication, and career.
- Each client’s situation is unique, and we create action plans based on their needs each day. Our program is designed around each client.
How Are Coaches Assigned?
- After you enroll, we will send an onboarding form through email. (If you are a student, a parent onboarding form is also sent).
- Once those are complete, we will narrow down our coaches to 2-3 that really fit your needs and have a proven success record with those, best fit your personality, and have available time when you prefer coaching. Each of our coaches have a bio about themselves and their picture ~ we will send those most qualified coaches' bios to you and clients get to choose their own coach!
- You know you are getting the most qualified coach, but we empower clients to choose who they want to work with.
- It does not happen often, but we are always happy to switch your coach if you feel they are not a good fit. It is as easy as asking for new choices!
How Long Are Sessions?
- Sessions are between 20 and 30 minutes each.
- Evidence based programming maximizes attention and focus giving the client and coach time to create action plans without triggering feelings of overwhelm and stress.
Can I Enroll at Any Time?
- Yes! Again, everything we do is customized to you, so you can enroll when you are ready!
- The first month of coaching will be a prorated charge based on your enrollment date.
How Do I Enroll?
- Enrollment only takes a minute! You can click the "Enroll Now" button at the bottom of this page or on the program page.
- You will fill out a very short form and once you submit, we will send onboarding!
What Does the One Time Onboarding Fee Cover?
- Jumpstart Session. This is the initial evaluation session with their coach and takes 50 minutes to an hour.
- Focus Plan. We create a personalized, professional coaching plan for you using information obtained from onboarding and Jumpstart. We are also happy to include goals from your treatment team when applicable.
Is This Program Included in the Progress Guarantee?
- Yes! This program is part of our Progress Guarantee.
- Progress Guarantee: If you participate in coaching and follow the coaching plan for a minimum of 3 months, we guarantee you will have progress or we refund your entire investment!
