Amy Kirk

Amy brings a rare blend of lived experience, patience, and creative problem‑solving to her work as an Executive Function & Life Skills Coach. As the mother of a teenager with ADHD and Autism, she understands firsthand the importance of flexible thinking, emotional safety, and practical strategies that work in real life.

She has spent years supporting neurodivergent individuals one‑on‑one and in small groups, helping them build confidence, independence, and the skills they need to move through school and daily life with more ease. Her approach is grounded in kindness, respect, and genuine curiosity - she listens closely, celebrates progress, and works collaboratively to find solutions that fit each person’s strengths.

Outside of coaching, Amy is endlessly curious and loves exploring the world around her. She enjoys biking, hiking, gardening, rock‑hounding with her daughter, and finding new adventures in the mountains and on the water. Creativity shows up everywhere in her life, from baking to interior design to singing just for the joy of it.

Amy holds a BA in Political Science, an MA in Public Administration, and K–12 Special Education certification. She lives in Idaho with her husband and two daughters.
