Hannah is a warm, adaptable coach who believes every person has a unique path to growth. She brings deep empathy, lived resilience, and a steady, encouraging presence to her coaching, helping clients build the strategies and confidence they need to move through life with more ease. Her coaching style is grounded in listening closely, honoring each person’s story, and finding practical tools that genuinely fit who they are.

Her own journey has shaped her into a coach who understands how overwhelming life can feel when challenges stack up. Hannah has navigated significant medical obstacles since childhood, and those experiences taught her how to adapt, stay curious, and keep moving forward even when the path is uncertain. She brings that same gentle resilience to her clients, offering a space where they can feel supported, understood, and capable of growth at their own pace.

Hannah has spent more than ten years supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds, including neurodivergent individuals, multilingual learners, first‑generation students, and people navigating major life transitions. She is especially passionate about helping clients develop strategies that support both daily functioning and long‑term independence - from building routines to strengthening communication skills to finding ways to stay grounded during stressful moments.

Outside of coaching, Hannah is an avid reader, animal lover, and lifelong learner. She grew up on a farm surrounded by animals and now shares her life with two dogs who rarely leave her side.
