John Rowell
John is an empathetic, strengths‑focused coach who believes every person deserves a space where they can show up fully as themselves. He brings warmth, emotional steadiness, and a deep respect for each client’s individuality, helping them build confidence, self‑understanding, and practical strategies that support their daily lives. His coaching style centers on connection - learning what makes each person unique and working together to turn their strengths into momentum.
He has spent more than a decade supporting people through moments of overwhelm, transition, and self‑doubt, especially those navigating ADHD, anxiety, or the pressure of competing priorities. John understands how heavy life can feel when everything hits at once, and he creates a grounded, judgment‑free space where clients can share openly, explore what’s getting in the way, and develop tools that genuinely fit who they are. He sees neurodiversity as a source of creativity and power, and he loves helping clients recognize the parts of themselves they’ve been taught to hide.
John holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education and has worked at colleges across the country and abroad, supporting students from diverse backgrounds and identities. His training in mental health support and trauma‑informed practices helps him guide clients through stressful moments with calm and compassion, always keeping the whole person, not just the problem, at the center of the work.
Outside of coaching, John is a proud history and pop‑culture nerd who finds joy in movies, travel, and exploring new places. He can list every U.S. president in order, debate the finer points of the Marvel universe, and talk for hours about fantasy worlds.
John’s goal is to help each client feel seen, supported, and capable, not just in their responsibilities, but in their identity and self‑trust.
