Kenzie Gannsman
Kenzie is a positive, energetic coach who believes success looks different for every person and that each individual has strengths waiting to be uncovered. She brings an open mind, a grounded presence, and a deep belief in human potential to her work, helping clients shift their mindset, build supportive habits, and discover what they’re truly capable of. Her coaching style blends encouragement, curiosity, and gentle challenge, creating a space where clients feel inspired to grow.
She understands firsthand what neurodiversity can look and feel like, having grown up in a family with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence. That lived experience shapes her approach: she sees ADHD as a source of creativity, energy, and extraordinary ability, and she loves helping clients find the strategies that allow those strengths to shine. For Kenzie, coaching is about uncovering what works for each person - not forcing a formula, but discovering a path that feels authentic and empowering.
Kenzie is passionate about understanding patterns of behavior and the internal barriers that can keep people from reaching their potential. With a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, she brings both insight and practicality to her work. She believes that accountability, adaptability, and mindset shifts can transform how people move through their lives, and she’s committed to helping clients build habits that become supportive, sustainable rituals.
Outside of coaching, Kenzie is most at home outdoors. Whether she’s hiking, climbing, skiing, camping, or traveling to new places, she uses nature as a way to recharge and gain perspective.
