Keshia Titland
Keshia brings more than a decade of experience as a school counselor, teacher, and student support specialist to her role as Coach Manager and Senior Coach. She has worked with students from every background and ability level, helping them navigate academic, social, and emotional challenges with compassion, structure, and unwavering encouragement. Known for her ability to make a genuine connection with anyone, Keshia has a gift for finding what makes each client tick and using their strengths to build confidence and momentum.
Her lived experience also shapes her work. As the parent of a neurodivergent child and the partner of an adult with ADHD, she understands the realities of executive function challenges at home as well as in school. This dual perspective, professional and personal, gives her deep insight into the support families need and the strategies that actually work in real life.
Before joining Thrive Beyond Therapy, Keshia spent ten years building and leading a school counseling program, teaching courses ranging from English to Career Development, supporting college and job readiness, and helping students meet graduation requirements. She also has experience in psychosocial rehabilitation and mental‑health support, and she remains passionate about learning, researching, and expanding her understanding of psychology and wellness.
As Coach Manager, Keshia is the first line of support for the coaching team. She helps coaches strategize, problem‑solve, and meet student needs; provides training and content support; assists with high‑risk situations; and collaborates on plans to help coaches navigate crises. She is known for her adaptability, warmth, and ability to build strong rapport - students often describe her as their biggest cheerleader and steady guide.
Outside of work, Keshia enjoys dirt‑bike riding, gardening, snowshoeing, fishing, and homesteading with her family. She loves learning new skills, building projects with her husband, and cheering on her kids at their many sports.
