Jessie McCauley

Jessie has spent nearly two decades supporting individuals across all ages and ability levels - from kindergarteners learning foundational skills to adults navigating major life transitions. She has extensive experience working with clients with ADHD, learning disabilities, autism, dual diagnoses, and complex mental‑health needs. She is known for her ability to meet people exactly where they are, and she excels at building strong foundations that help clients rebuild confidence, momentum, and a sense of capability.

Her lived experience is a core part of her work. When Jessie’s brother was diagnosed with schizophrenia when she was younger, it reshaped her understanding of mental health, autonomy, fear, and resilience. Many members of her family - including some of her own children - have ADHD, giving her a personal understanding of emotional regulation challenges, executive‑function struggles, and the strategies that actually help in real life. Her experience fuels her commitment to helping clients see their strengths clearly and rebuild confidence from the inside out.

Professionally, Jessie has worked in special education, career development, adult disability services, community‑based programming, and academic support. She has taught students with dual diagnoses, supported adults with intellectual disabilities and autism, and even helped inmates earn their high‑school diplomas. She opened and ran a community program for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism, advocated for counseling services for students whose self‑esteem was impacted by needing support, and has spent years helping clients navigate executive‑function challenges, behavior goals, emotional overload, and the day‑to‑day realities that make life feel overwhelming.

As a coach, Jessie is steady, patient, and persistent. She likes to slow things down, understand what’s actually happening in someone’s daily life, and build strategies that feel doable instead of perfectionistic. She is big on emotional safety, compassion, and helping clients understand why something is hard so they can approach it without shame or pressure. Jessie doesn’t believe anyone “plateaus” - she believes people figure out their pieces at different speeds, and progress is always possible with the right support.
