Madeleine Finley

Madeleine is a creative, encouraging coach who believes in the power of transformation, whether it’s a blank canvas becoming a painting or a person discovering new ways to move through their life with confidence. She brings warmth, empathy, and a deep understanding of neurodivergent experience to her work, helping clients build practical strategies that honor who they are and how their brain works. Her coaching style is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and the belief that growth should feel supportive, not overwhelming.

Diagnosed with ADHD at fourteen, Madeleine understands firsthand what it’s like to feel capable yet held back by executive function challenges. Those early experiences shaped her into a coach who meets people with compassion and without judgment. She knows how powerful it can be to find routines, systems, and environments that actually work for your brain, and she loves helping clients uncover the strategies that help them feel grounded, organized, and capable. Her goal is to create a space where clients can share openly, explore what’s getting in the way, and celebrate the strengths they may not yet see in themselves.

Madeleine’s background as a professional painter and her years of experience supporting people through major transitions give her a unique lens on growth. She has spent nearly a decade helping individuals plan, create, and build toward their goals, whether through art, organization, or life design. She believes that every person has a creative spark, and she brings that spirit into her coaching sessions, helping clients imagine new possibilities and take steady steps toward them.

Outside of coaching, Madeleine is a lifelong artist and city explorer. She grew up in San Francisco, studied in Chicago, and has lived and created art in places like Rome, Tuscany, and Lisbon. She loves finding hidden gems at thrift stores and estate and giving old furniture new life. When she’s not painting or traveling, she’s cooking new recipes, spending time with family, or building entire worlds in SIMS4. Her creativity shows up everywhere she goes, and she brings that same sense of play and possibility into her work with clients.

Madeleine believes that success isn’t about changing who you are, it’s about embracing your strengths and finding strategies that support the life you want to build. She is committed to helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered as they grow into the fullest version of themselves.
