Sydney is a thoughtful, steady coach who believes that every person deserves support that honors their unique way of thinking and moving through the world. She brings a calm, individualized approach to her work, helping clients understand their patterns, reduce overwhelm, and build strategies that feel realistic and sustainable. Her coaching style blends empathy, curiosity, and gentle structure, creating a space where clients can explore challenges without judgment and celebrate the strengths they may not yet see in themselves.

She has a deep passion for mental wellness and learning, especially when it comes to supporting neurodivergent individuals. With both personal and professional experience in ADHD, ASD, Tourette Syndrome, anxiety, and depression, Sydney understands how complex daily life can feel when your brain is juggling competing priorities. She specializes in helping clients navigate procrastination, emotional overload, and the pressure to “push through,” offering tools that make life feel more manageable and aligned with their values.

Sydney holds an M.S. in Behavior Analysis, where she developed a strong foundation in understanding behavior, motivation, and the science of habit‑building. During graduate school, she managed her program’s teaching lab, supporting peers as they prepared for major exams and projects. That experience sparked her love for helping people problem‑solve, break down overwhelming tasks, and find strategies that genuinely work for them - not just in theory, but in real life.

Outside of coaching, Sydney is a lover of stories and sound. She enjoys collecting vinyl records, reading crime fiction, and diving into psychological thrillers. She’s endlessly curious about human behavior and often unwinds with true‑crime podcasts and documentaries. She also loves cooking and spending time with her family, who are spread across the country and bring a mix of personalities, diagnoses, and lived experiences that have shaped her understanding of neurodiversity and resilience.

Sydney believes that growth happens when people feel seen, supported, and empowered to take small, meaningful steps forward. Her goal is to help clients build confidence, reduce overwhelm, and discover strategies that honor their strengths, so they can move through life with more clarity, ease, and self‑trust.
